What it measures

Network Value to Metcalfe ratio — market capitalization divided by the square of daily active addresses, after Metcalfe’s law that a network’s value grows with the square of its users. A relatively low value suggests the network is undervalued for its usage, a high value the opposite. 📖 Data Guide: NVM Ratio — definition, interpretation, and chart examples.
